This month our French book club was sponsored by Scholastic Canada and we read a great booked called Gedeon by Laura Wall. This story starts with a little girl named Sophie who goes to the park. She likes to swing on the swings, go down the slide and play but she doesn’t have anyone to play with and then she meets a duck named Gedeon.
This month our French book club was sponsored by Scholastic Canada and we read a great booked called Gedeon by Laura Wall. This story starts with a little girl named Sophie who goes to the park. She likes to swing on the swings, go down the slide and play but she doesn't have anyone to play with and then she meets a goose named Gedeon.
Gedeon goes on the slide with her.
He goes on the see-saw with her.
He goes on the swing with her. She loves to play with Gedeon, but then it is time to go home and her mom will not allow Gedeon to go on with them. The next day she goes to the park and Gedeon is there and they play again.
But the weather turns cold and Gedeon has to fly south with his geese family. Poor Sophie is very sad when she comes to the park and Gedeon is no longer there. When she gets home she hears a loud sound of her friend Gedeon.
Sophie is so happy to have her friend back and takes him home with her.

maison – house
