The One Stop for all your Pregnancy and Postpartum Wellness needs

In October 2012 a dream came to life. Three businesses, one roof…..together to provide the
pregnant and postpartum community a complete wellness experience.

Prior to opening “Your Wellness Team on Queen” (426 Queen St. W Cambridge ON), Oh
Baby Fitness, Yellowood Nutrition and Wellness and Soul Treatments had all been in business
for more than 6 years servicing the residents of Cambridge and surrounding cities. Individually
they were growing and prospering. As new moms and business women, they understood the
unique needs of pregnant women, new families and babies/children and their businesses began
to specialize in supporting those needs. As close colleagues, they started to realize the benefits
that may result from being in one location, together. United they could be even stronger and offer
more services, creating a “one stop shop” within the community. Just over a year ago that
space was born.

Now staffing a Nutritionist, Registered Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Chiropractor and
Fitness Instructors, “Your Wellness Team on Queen” offers a wide range of fitness and
wellness services for growing families including: fitness classes for the expecting mom, healthy
birth preparation treatments (nutrition, reflexology, registered massage therapy, chiropractic),
birth and postpartum doula services, breech presentation support, well baby check ups, mom
and baby fitness classes, breastfeeding support, peer to peer postpartum groups, informational
workshops and so much more!

Their mission is:
Through knowledge, nurturance, empowerment and support our team strives to enhance
the quality of health and wellbeing of the family from preconception and beyond.

In order to stand true to that vision, they work hard to customize wellness plans that fit the
individual needs of the person coming in. Their goal is to build stronger, healthier communities one
family at a time. The family friendly atmosphere provides a safe, comfortable space for
people to come in with their children and receive holistic health services by people who really
care about helping them through the transition to parenthood. Each member of the team is a
mom who “gets” the emotional and physical changes that goes on within the family dynamic
when bringing a new life into the mix. They are not afraid of tears (Mom’s, Dad’s or Baby’s!) or
the squeals of delight from toddlers exploring the toy area!!

Stop by and get to know our team and see how we can help you!

Andrea Ryan
As the owner of Oh Baby Fitness and a mom to three children under 8, Andrea is familiar with
the physical body changes that result from pregnancy and postpartum. The role fitness can play
in helping us to physically prepare for a positive birth and parenting experience cannot be
underestimated. But the stress relieving aspects of fitness are huge for emotional support as
well. Her team of fitness instructors regularly run Fit Bellies, Fit Babies, Fit Tummies and
StrollerFit classes to help moms bond with their babies while also remaining healthy through
fitness.

Tanya Goreing
The minute the + sign showed on the stick, Tanya knew she had to pursue her dreams once and
for all. As her son was born, so was Soul Treatments. Starting as a certified reflexologist,
Tanya began to specialize her practice in pregnancy, birth and beyond. Now trained to offer
services as a certified maternity and child reflexologist, birth and postpartum doula and instructor
she works closely with families to help them create a positive pregnancy and birthing experience
that helps them transition to parenthood with ease. She regularly runs workshops to help new
parents naturally alleviate common infant discomforts by teaching infant reflexology and infant
massage.

Tania Heinemann
Yellowood Nutrition and Wellness is a dream come true for Tania who is a long time advocate
for holistic health through the benefits of nutrition. When she noticed the dramatic results
nutritional support could have on an adult digestive system, Tania passionately began to learn all
she could about infant digestive development. This motivated her to pursue a dream of
becoming a lactation consultant and we can clearly see her goal to eradicate intestinal disorders
in future generations through education and support is coming to life.

Isabel Griffith
Our Chiropractor, Dr. Griffith, maintains a professional portfolio that keeps her educated on the
latest techniques and technologies, to offer her patients a spectrum of treatment options and to
ensure the best quality of care. In conjunction with her Chiropractic education, she uses this
expertise to design patient centered, individualized programs of care for each of her patients.
She takes a preventative approach to health, through wellness lifestyle counseling, believing that,
Health is by choice, not by chance. A young mother herself, Dr. Griffith’s greatest passion is
working with young mothers and children, and she continues to pursue regular training to further
her skills and education.

Carey Hargrove
Carey Lynne Hargrove, RMT, graduated in 2005 from Canadian College of Massage and
Hydrotherapy and specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage and
Injury Management utilizing her General Swedish Massage Therapy skills. She is passionate
about what she does and is results bases, catering each treatment to fit your individual needs.
As a mother of two, Carey can relate to the physiological stressors and changes that a woman's
body goes through with pregnancy. She has enjoyed focused treatments taking a woman
through the pregnancy and providing relief as their body adapts to parenthood. She enjoys infant
and child massage as well and encourages parents to bond with their children through healthy
touch.
