This week momstown Guelph mamas had the chance to visit Crossfit Guelph and try some of their lessons.

We learned about the difference between Fitness and Health. Michael Fall the owner of Crossfit Guelph has a lot of knowlage and experience.

We learned about moving properly with a focus on the Hinge and the Squat! Though shorter than a typical workout the Crossfit routine still challenged us!
